Lobster Bisque

6oz Petite Filet
Pan seared 6oz petite filet served over fingerling potatoes and sautéed broccoli finished with a garlic butter cream sauce

Salmon Oscar
Seasoned and seared salmon filet with jumbo lump crabmeat over mashed potatoes and tender asparagus finished with a rich béarnaise sauce

Chicken Marsala
Pan fried chicken breast and fresh mushrooms cooked in a Marsala wine sauce served over mashed potatoes and sautéed broccoli

Jac’s Prime Rib
10oz slow roasted prime rib served over fingerling potatoes, sautéed asparagus and a side of au jus

 Steak au Poivre
10oz Grilled Black pepper coated Angus Ribeye served with lobster mac & cheese and sautéed green beans finished with a cognac cream sauce

Lobster Ravioli
Ravioli stuffed with lobster knuckle and claw meat, caramelized onions, sherry, fresh herbs and ricotta cheese topped with fresh tomatoes and peas finished with a lobster cream sauce


Strawberry Pork Loin
Pan seared pork loin medallions topped with a strawberry glaze, fresh strawberries, scallions and feta cheese over wild rice
